Asian Dub Foundation

The music of Asian Dub Foundation is a genre of its own. Their unique blend of jungle rhythms, dub basslines, guitars, and militant rap — all rooted in their South Asian heritage — has earned them legendary status worldwide.

Building a strong reputation on the scene in the mid-1990s, they gained global recognition by sharing the stage with Rage Against The Machine, the Beastie Boys, and Primal Scream. On record, they have collaborated with Radiohead, Sinéad O’Connor, Iggy Pop, Adrian Sherwood, and Chuck D. In addition, ADF were among the first bands to seriously explore cine-concerts, beginning with their performance of the soundtrack to the classic French film “La Haine” in 2001.

Their 30 years of existence have been marked by explosive concerts around the world and a continuous series of iconic collaborations. 2025 continued in the same spirit with several outstanding performances, including a sold-out show at London’s Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall, featuring a live performance of the music from “La Haine”.

At present, the band continues to evolve with a new album in the works, aiming to combine fresh musical ideas with the classic ADF sound.
